Our Foundation class is for beginners with less than 3 months experience in functional training, weightlifting, or powerlifting. As a new starter, you’ll be required to attend our foundation class in your first month. Our foundation class runs weekly as a group session with up to 10 participants. This is included in your first month’s membership fee.
During our Foundation class you will learn the fundamental movements within our training Program that consist of various Powerlifting movements. You will also be exposed to Olympic Weightlifting and basic Gymnastics movements. The class takes place every Saturday 1pm - 3pm. Once you have purchased your membership, you’ll be able to book your foundation class.
Alternatively, you can book a 2 hour intensive 1-2-1 course at a time to suit you with one of our experienced coaches for an additional £175.
