Committing to a new fitness regime or gym can be a little daunting, especially when you haven't tried something before, so we're introducing a new trial pack to allow new members to trial our gym before they commit to a membership.
With our Intro Pack, you can now learn the basics of weightlifting in our Foundation Class, then attend 4 classes at the gym to see if we're the right fit for helping you to get fit.

To help make your decision even easier, you can sign up for just £50 - saving £105.
With the pack, you'll be able to book in to our Olympic Weightlifting, Calisthenics, Strength and Conditioning, and Strong Man classes, to see what works for you. Train in small groups - get all the motivation of a class with the focus of a group PT session.
We have a range of classes throughout the week to suit all schedules. See our timetable for more detail. You'll have 2 weeks to try out our classes, after that, you can sign up for your membership.
