Our monthly membership packages now include our foundation class at no extra cost to ensure you are able to start training with the right skills. Foundation classes run every Saturday 1-3pm. Our Foundation class is for beginners with less than 3 months experience in functional training, weightlifting, or powerlifting.
If you are unable to attend the class on a Saturday, we offer private 1-2-1 foundation sessions at a time to suit you. Throughout January the cost of these sessions will be reduced to £125 (from £175). Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to find out more.
