The class packages above give you access to all classes on the timetable including our Strength and Conditioning, Calisthenics, Powerlifting, MetCon and Olympic Weightlifting classes and Open gym sessions.
Our Foundation class is for beginners with less than 3 months experience in functional training, weightlifting, or powerlifting. As a new starter, you’ll be required to attend our foundation class in your first month. Our foundation class runs weekly as a group session with up to 10 participants. This is included in your first month’s membership fee.
If you do have experience functional training, weightlifting, or powerlifting you can sign up for your membership below and begin training right away.
If you are visiting the area for a short period and wish to join our classes, you can purchase the visitors membership.
