How do I sign up?
All the information you need to start training can be found here. Simply select your membership option, fill in the registration form and make your purchase.
How do I find the gym?
We are based at Unit 2c, Victory Place, SE19 3RW - just off from Westow Street, Crystal Palace. The walkway to our building is opposite Poundland on Westow Street, and we are in the large white warehouse at the end.
What classes should I attend if I am new to this style of training?
We recommend that people that are new to this style of training go to one of our two Olympic Weightlifting classes during the week at least once a week. In this class we focus on the most complex movements we do.
What time does the gym open?
The gym is only open during class hours. Our timetable shows the class schedule, and we also run open gym sessions daily for you to use the gym to train on your own.
Is there parking?
We do not have any parking available on site. Parking is available in surrounding areas of Crystal Palace Triangle and Sainsbury's Upper Norwood.
Do you offer personal training sessions?
Is there a joining fee?
No. Our memberships are flexible and have no minimum contract or joining fee.
Do you need to have experience or be fit to join?
No - that's what we're here for! It's great if you already have experience, but if not our programme will help you learn and develop new skills and boost your fitness, strength and endurance. We all have to start somewhere and our coaches and members are very supportive of new members!
What will I be doing in my class?
We publish our programme on our website every month so you know what we will be covering in our classes.
Do you have changing rooms or showers?
We don't currently have any showers or changing rooms available. Personal items can be placed in storage during class.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership through your Team Up account. Memberships must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance of your next billing date.
