Gym Rules
To make sure that our gyms is as safe place to train and that all members can enjoy the gym as much as possible, we ask all members to follow Performance 360's Membership Rules as outlined below.
Safety and the satisfaction of our members is extremely important to us, and as such we reserve the right to terminate your Membership at any time if you fail to abide by these Membership Rules.
As a member of Performance 360 you agree that you will:

Attend any class you have booked in to. Members who fail to attend and do not cancel their booking ahead of the class may have their membership frozen

Arrive at class a few minutes before but not a minute after the start time to ensure the classes can start on time and other members are not disrupted.

Cancel your place in a class as early as possible if you are unable to attend. Members who regularly book out of classes at less than an hours notice may have their membership frozen.

Not leave bags, coats, shoes, phones, or any other personal items on the gym floor - please use the storage pods.

Not make or receive phone calls on the gym floor.

Replace equipment back where you found after you have finished with it, leaving the gym as you found it.

Not drop or throw weights down on the floor (including in the Power Room).

Not to move equipment from one room to another

Not to leave your belongings at the gym overnight

Wear suitable clothing and footwear when exercising

Not to place bars and weights on the painted floor in the Power Room. They must be kept on the platforms at all times.

Ensure you use the gym facilities and equipment in an appropriate manner, taking time to ensure you are not going to cause harm to yourself or others (speak to a coach if you need help).

Not to block the exit to the gym with bikes/other equipment. The hallway must remain clear at all times.

Not behave in any way that might cause distress to one of our members or staff. Aggressive, intimidating, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Not to park on the Private Car park outside the building

Put your waste in the bin before you leave.

Not enter our premises whilst intoxicated.

Not engage in any type of criminal behaviour whilst on our premises.

Not cause damage to the premises, our or another Member's property.
