No Shows and Late Cancellations

Important Notice: £20 Charge for No-Shows and Late Cancellations

To ensure fair access to our classes, a £20 charge will be applied if you accumulate 3 no-shows, late cancellations, or a combination of both within a 2-week period.

No-Show: Failing to attend a booked session without prior cancellation.
Late Cancellation: Cancelling less than one hour before the class on the day, or after 9pm the previous day for 6am/7am classes.

This policy helps maximise class availability and ensures those on the waitlist can train.
